Virtual Keyboard not usable with multi-screen Wayland Compositor

When using Virtual Keyboard with Wayland Compositor (like in Pure QML example), it doesn't work correctly when there are multiple screens. The keyboard simply opens on both screens and if both screens requests keyboard only application on one screen will actually get the inputs.

The problem is that there is no way to assign the InputPanel item to specific screen (WaylandOutput).
