Regression(5.12): QGLWidget: Strange rendering offset on Windows

    Description

      We use (the deprecated) QGLWidget for rendering. After the update from 5.6 to 5.12, we noticed a strange offset, which only appears under Windows. The offset affects both rendering and interaction.

      The attached project is more or less the original QGLWidget sample project. With this the attached screenshots were created, which show the problem quite well.
