Printing of range does not work when printing to PDF

      I want to print a range of pages from a PDF document, like
      1,3,5,7,9-22

      That does not work. Instead, the whole document is printed, as without any selection.

      According to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410320 this is an upstream bug.
