Translations not installed with make when QM_FILES_INSTALL_PATH is set in project file

    Description

      Setting QM_FILES_INSTALL_PATH and CONFIG += lrelease in project file does not cause .qm files to be installed with make install.

      It looks like qmake is expecting the .qm subdirectory containing .qm files to exist at the time it is run.

      Running qmake -d finishes with errors like:

       

      DEBUG 1: qmake/generators/makefile.cpp:321 Failure to find translation.qm in vpath ()
DEBUG 1: no definition for install qm_files: install target not created
