Trying change DPI

I lead a project, recently bought a laptop to work outside the house, today I tried to compile my project there and was very surprised to see there:

PC: 1920x1080
scaling: 100%
23 inch

Notebook: 1920x1080
scaling: 150%
13.3 inch

I know that the problem needs to be solved as through autoscaling, but alas I do not understand how to do it. Thanks for your help.
