display the table of contents in a PDF; use it to navigate

      It should be possible to create a sidebar with a sort of tree where the rows can be clicked to jump to a particular page of the PDF. It should probably be based on a QAIM providing the data.

      More advanced: the page should be positioned in such a way that the position on the page where the link points is visible.
