Bluetooth doesn't work in Windows 7 (MSVC2017)

    Description

      Qt 5.12.4 MSVC2017 32bit

      Bluetooth examples do not run in Windows 7, but works on Windows 10.

      For example Bluetooth Chat Example:

       

      15:11:30: Starting C:\Qt\Qt5.12.4\Examples\Qt-5.12.4\bluetooth\build-btchat-Desktop_Qt_5_12_4_MSVC2017_32bit-Release\release\btchat.exe ...
15:11:30: The program has unexpectedly finished.
15:11:30: The process was ended forcefully.
15:11:30: C:/Qt/Qt5.12.4/Examples/Qt-5.12.4/bluetooth/build-btchat-Desktop_Qt_5_12_4_MSVC2017_32bit-Release/release/btchat.exe crashed.

       

      Qt5Bluetooth.dll has dependencies that are missing in Windows 7.
