Explicitly show licenses used in Qt modules and tools in documentation

We have module license info as part of the module documentation. We also have a documentation page, explaining license options and linking to licenses used in Qt https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/licensing.html.

However, there is not one page, where I could quickly check, under which license each module or tool is available. There was recently a question about Qt Linguist licensing and I needed to check from the sources the license. I guess our customers need to do the same. It would make sense to list licenses in https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtmodules.html, where modules, add-ons, tools (at least one) are mentioned.
