SymbolModeKey ("&123") doesn't handle the long press correctly.

      Steps:
      1. Open Virtualkeyboard (en_US or other language)
      2. Press and hold on SymbolModeKey ("&123")
      Result:
      The keyboard switches twice between between the symbol mode layout and the main layout. And the third time it switches by release button.

      SymbolModeKey ("ABC") on symbol mode layout works fine (the keyboard switches only by release button).
