Ability to update Qt libraries in an image (for a patch release)

Details

    Description

      We need an easy mechanism or ability to update (or add) Qt patch release (e.g. from 5.13.0 to 5.13.2) libraries in an embedded device image. It should also be able to script or otherwise automate this. Qt DC needs add-on capability for this.

      The main use cases are

      1. for customers to move a B2Qt image easily from one release to another
      2. for HW partners (or TQC) to automate / easily create new QBSP images for each patch release
      3. Avoid populating distribution channels with separate QBSP packages for each and every patch release of each Qt 5.x release
