Blurry fonts persist on Mojave on non-Retina displays

      This might be the same issue as QTBUG-71075, but that's marked as fixed/closed as of December, and I still see blurry fonts in 5.12.4, released in June. I've attached sample screenshots from the Qt installer showing normal font rendering in macOS 10.13 High Sierra and blurry font rendering in macOS 10.14 Mojave.

      I don't know if it's the same cause or not, so I'm opening a new issue.
