Changes to etch-disabled-text stylesheet property do not have any effect

Setting a rule

• { etch-disabled-text: 0 }

when running in Windows style leaves the text of a diabled button still etched.

The documentation indicated originally that this was a working feature but it was in by accident, therefore this is a suggestion for a future release
