BorderImage Missing Scaling showing corners only

I have provided an example of a reproducible problem attached (qtbug_73742_bug.zip)

Starting with 5.12.0 anytime we used the "BorderImage" we started getting a ASSERT: "xs == xData.data() + xData.size()" error as reported from the link below:

QTBUG-73472

This has been fixed as of 5.12.4 and 5.13.1

I have attached the problem in addition to the original bug request but have not received any feedback. I assume by the silence since the original bug was fixed, I may create another bug report to address the new issue.

Either the side effect of the original bug fix or another item that needs attention is that the "BorderImage" does not fill/scale in the gaps as described in the docs.

"BorderImage" was last working in 5.11.3 shown by the screen shot. (qtbug_Scalled_Correctly_5_11.3.png Attached)

I assumed that I would see this issue in the known issues...

I am running Windows 10 home (Most current version as of 09/01/2019 and MSVC 2017 64bit

I have not tested on any other operating system at the moment.
