    Description

Very few of the ipk packages produced in a yocto builds are machine specific, instead they are tracked by PACKAGE_ARCH that can be supported by multiple target devices.

      for example

      aarch64
      cortexa9t2hf-neon
      corei7-64

The addon tooling should track the PACKAGE_ARCH of the add-on components and similarly the PACKAGE_ARCHS supported by the target devices, to see which package can be installed to which devices.

There should also be a way to clearly define that a certain add-on is supported only on a specific hardware
