qmake/precompile fails to compile on Android

    Description

      Install Qt5.13.1 Android binaries (any arch, on any host), launch Creator and example qmake/precompile and build. Build fails with following text (Android x64 on Ubuntu used):

      <built-in>:1:10: fatal error: 'libprecompile.so' file not found
#include "libprecompile.so"
         ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      Compiles with gcc_64.
