QUrl::isValid() returns true for invalid URLs if the scheme is not http

    Description

      The following host name used is not valid because it contains an underscore:

      QUrl url("https://some_domain.tst/doc.html");
qDebug() << url;
qDebug() << url.isValid();

      returns:
      QUrl( "https:/doc.html" )
      true

      QUrl url("http://some_domain.tst/doc.html");
qDebug() << url;
qDebug() << url.isValid();

      returns:
      QUrl( "http:/doc.html" )
      false
