Keyboard randomly doesn't work in input fields

    Description

      After updating to 5.13.1, keyboard input doesn't work in input fields (eg. the Google search box) randomly after loading a page. Sometimes it can be fixed by reloading the page or clicking on the browser UI and back on the web view, sometimes not.
