QtHelp doesn't build on Windows when setting -qtnamespace to 'qt'

      Most projects in the solution (83 out of 88) succeed, but QtHelp fails and brings along a few others. (see log)

      I've configured with "configure.exe -debug-and-release -opensource -shared -no-qt3support -qtnamespace qt -platform win32-msvc2008 -vcproj"

      Then ran "devenv projects.sln /build Debug" (after removing all xamples projects due to name clashes)
