[REG: 5.9.1-5.13.1] TextField inputMethodHints attribute not work on Android

      Setting TexInput.InputMethodHints : Qt.ImhNoPredictiveText does not work on Android with Qt 5.13.1. Android keyboard suggest text from dictionary. I tried Gboard and Swiftkey keyboard, neither works.

      In Qt 5.9.7 it works ok.
