      SPDY was superseded and replaced by HTTP/2.

      • remove related code from QNAM (done)
      • update qtbase/tests/benchmarks/network/access/qnetworkreply - it contains SPDY related test - replace with H2 test if possible/needed
      • update qtbase/tests/manual/etc. - SPDY related test - again, H2 if possible
