Wrong artifacts rendering after changing Window's scaling factor while application is running

Details

    Description

      Scaling is correct when starting the application with any scaling factors.
      Moving the application from one screen to a another screen with different scale factor
      works as well.
      Changing the scale factor while the application is running will result in artifacts and incorrectly sized elements and fonts.
