Missing rhi port feature in quick: native text gamma (if still relevant)

Investigate gamma on native text (sRGB, the way this was done is not compatible with non-GL APIs. Perhaps redo gamma correction completely, and do it in the shader, or something.) This may be a bigger challenge.
