Scissoring not used when 90 degree rotation used

    Description

      When QGraphicsView has been rotated with 90,180 or 270 degrees the clipping is always falling to the alpha masking. In these special cases the scissoring should be used for clipping the rectangle areas. I'll try to deliver simple example application about this soon.
