Update Qt Creator logo in Qt documentation

      https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/index.html should use the new logo for Qt Creator.

      It's probably enough to replace

      qtdoc/doc/images/landing/icon_QtCreator_78x78px.png

      with a scaled down version from Qt Creator repo, e.g.

      qtcreator/src/qtcreator/doc/images/creator-gs-01.png
