Example for DynamicParameter

The DynamicParameter (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qml-qtlocation-dynamicparameter.html#details) component should at least provide minimal explanations how to use it and how the parameters are passed to the underlying map plugin (e.g. does changing a parameter trigger an event in the map plugin?) because afaik non of the existing plugins uses the component.
