QSerialPort does not receive any data

    Description

      On same PC and with same external device (Arduino Nano with CH340G USB-UART chip), attached code successfully finds desired port with Qt5.12.2 mingw73_32 (and Qt5.9.1 mingw53_32), but since Qt5.13.1 mingw73_32 could not find port (seems because no data recieved back after).

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-78086 QSerialPort readyRead broken in 5.13.1, was fine in 5.13.0
