Description
Business justification: To improve our good documentation even better.
Description: Currently, we are collecting most visited doc pages statistics in online documentation. This information is not sufficient to find out the value of a documentation page to the developer. The on-line doc pages contain a feedback button as well, but it's extremely small and the feedback goes to community manager and not directly to the documentation team.
Would it make sense to add some controls to each online doc page to give rating to the page. This would help the documentation team to prioritise doc page improvement effort. In addition to the rating control, a feedback control would give the documentation team ideas, how the particle page should be improved.
Combining the information of most visited pages and most/least useful pages would help in focusing the documentation improvement efforts.
Keep it simple to provide feedback, and not require identification, and keep the required number of clicks as low as possible.
