Description
Install Qt5.14.0 alpha MinGW x86 binaries on Windows 7 x86, (remember to check the Quick3D from installer...). Launch Creator and open for example quick3d/blendmode and compile. Compiler fine, but when launching crashes with following message:
create: Could not initialize EGL display: error 0x3001 create: When using ANGLE, check if d3dcompiler_4x.dll is available Impending doom QSSG.internal_error: Can't find a suitable OpenGL version for QSurfaceFormat(version 3.0, options QFlags<QSurfaceFormat::FormatOption>(), depthBufferSize 24, redBufferSize 8, greenBufferSize 8, blueBufferSize 8, alphaBufferSize 8, stencilBufferSize 8, samples 0, swapBehavior QSufraceFormat::DoubleBuffer, swapInterval 1, colorSpace QSurfaceFormat::DefaultColorSpace, profile QSurfaceFormat::NoProfile) The program has unexpectedly finished The process was ended forcefully c:/users/qt/RTA/qt5/Examples/Qt-5.14.0/quick3d/blendmodes/blendmodes.exe crashed
Is the machine just missing some software? Is the Quick3D examples supposed to work on Windows 7 at all?
