    Description

      Add triangle fan and a corresponding feature enum value. OpenGL and Vulkan can support it, D3D11 and Metal cannot.

      Triangle fans can still be useful for the QRhi-baed paint engine (due to the underlying triangulators generating triangle fans in some cases).
