Mac OS X: Double arrow at both ends of scrollbars not supported

    Description

      Using

      defaults write "Apple Global Domain" AppleScrollBarVariant DoubleBoth

      to set double arrows in both ends of the scroll bar will not work on Mac OS X. Scroll up is only enabled in the topmost, and vice versa for the bottom one.
