Improve personal relevance of Qt examples

Evaluators could be shown industry-specific examples or tutorials. Rather than asking any question, could we use tags. At least, tags and targets should be selectable in a similar control on the top left corner. It's perhaps not very intuitive that tags are actually buttons. Although we had a smaller number of examples/tutorials visible at a time, we could still show different examples.
