tst_QTextMarkdownWriter::rewriteDocument(example) fails on qemu-arm

tst_QTextMarkdownWriter::rewriteDocument(example) fails when run on qemu-arm.

 The test is only run for -developer-build configurations, which we used to have coverage for but commit b88acae7a8e773c307e44f84da037d01d19e60f7 in qt5 removed that globally. Now -developer-build for arm is only active for declarative integration, which unfortunately imply a qtbase test run in the same configuration. That's why the breakage was caught but that's also why it wasn't caught at qtbase integration time.

For now the test is blacklisted.
