FreeType doesn't support color emojis (upgrade to 2.10.1)

    Description

      Emojis ("Segoe UI Emoji") are displayed in black&white in FreeType mode.

       

      FreeType 2.10.1 adds support to color emojis.  However, qt is still using 2.9.1.

      Running a QWidget application on Windows 10, but it should also affect any other platform.
