QPixmap::load jpeg Windows 7 64-bit fails

    Description

      I wrote an application that loads and displays jpegs images. This program was written and tested successfully on windows XP. However when running on windows 7 it does not work. If the images are converted to bitmaps and then loaded on windows 7 it works fine. I believe PNGs also have a problem as well.
