    Description

      Assistant.exe tool in Qt 5.13.1 is missing HiDPI support - i.e. assistant.exe doesn't scale up if Windows scaling is used. This is a regression. In Qt 5.12.5 and Qt 5.13.0 assistant.exe scales up fine.

      HiDPI support in assistant.exe tool in Qt 5.13.2 works fine again.
