Extend QtSvg support from SVG 1.2 tiny to SVG 1.1 full

    Description

      According to the documentation currently only SVG 1.2 tiny https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/svgrendering.html#rendering-svg-files is supported.

      Suggestion: add support for SVG 1.1 (or SVG 1.2) full.
