qt5_generate_repc should be able to generate source and replica with merged header file

    Description

      Hi,

      When generating the replica and source with qmake, we have the option REPC_MERGED to merge their header files together. This option is not available in the cmake function qt5_generate_repc. It would be nice to have it. We are currently blocked in a situation where, for testing, we need to use both the replica and source in the same process.
