[REG] submenus get automatically selected on touchscreens

Seems to be an embedded-linux specific issue as it requires asynchronous events AND no mouse moves to occur.

steps to reproduce:

• use qvfb to emulate touch screen (no mouse move) on X11
• simply make a menu with at least two levels of submenus
• click on the first action that has a menu fast enough so that the other events don't get processed before the mouse release event

actual behaviour:
menu expands on several levels

expected:
only one level of submenu is shown
