Bug Fixing Week Q2/2020
Description
When a widget is inside a QScrollArea then using the trackpad to scroll will cause it to only scroll in small amounts or not at all. It works fine when using the wheel.
This was originally specified to just be for QGraphicsView, but the issue is not specific to just that so I have expanded it to include it all.
