qdoc: Add a way to ignore specific words from being auto-linked

    Description

      With the comments file feature, our previous workarounds for preventing certain words from being autolinked (e.g. macOS, WebChannel) no longer work.

      Implement a proper way (a config variable) to exclude such words.
