Listview contentHeight jumps to random large number when delegate is large

If you have a listview whose delegate is larger than the actual view, the contentHeight value of the listView will jump to very large values randomly while scrolling. This is particularly a nuisance when trying to utilize Scrollbar{} as your scrolling mechanism.  Below is an example window that you can see the issue.

Also clicking and dragging the scrollbar leads to it jumping all over the place.
