Wayland client cannot create shader

    Description

      Start any Wayland compositor (weston, pure-qml, ...) and run a very simple QML client app with Qt5.13.1 qmlscene. Result: no window is displayed in the compositor. When using Qt5.12.5 it works. Some logging output is attached (shader-issue.txt).
