QSerialPort async write timeout failure Unknown error

    Description

      This can be reproduced with "Command Line Writer Async Example" since 5.13.1
      In version 5.13.0, the example can write async data without issue.
      Running the same example with 5.13.1 will produce a time out error:

      Operation timed out for port COM19, error: Unknown error
Press <RETURN> to close this window...

      "Command Line Writer Sync Example" with 5.13.1 is working fine. Seems like async write is the only bug added in 5.13.1
