Use meta-boot2qt Coin artifacts for releasing

    Description

      Instead of rebuilding everything on Jenkins for releases, use the artifacts from Coin builds. This can be done either by relying on the usual release export tool used by the release team or by uploading the results from each build machine directlty to the ci-files02
