When importing UIP layers as separate components, animations stop working

Likely Timeline referring to properties inside components doesn't work correctly. Each layer should have its own Timeline when split to separate components, as otherwise using single layer will lose all animation information. State information should be similarly stored on layer component basis. Needs to be checked if Timeline and states can be under View3D element.
