QEglFsKmsDevice::registerScreen Segmentation Fault

I am working on a Qt Quick app running on STM32MP157a with touch screen (atmel maxTouch). Was using meta-qt layer with Qt version 5.11.2 come with the distribution package (Yocto project).

It works but has a touch input issue causes the app crash See https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-63779

To fix this issue, I upgraded meta-qt layer to latest version (5.13.0) from https://github.com/meta-qt5/meta-qt5

Built the Linux image with Qt 5.13.0 & SDK successfully. But when trying to run the app, getting following error message:
QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
Setting framebuffer size is only available with DRM atomic API

Did some search about this, but cannot find anything.
