Default button cannot be triggered with "return" if dialog contains QTreeWidget with item widget set

      not tested on windows.
      when i go to save a file i've edited that is locked, the dialog comes up, but the button that LOOKS like the default button "Change Permission", does NOT have focus, so pressing RETURN (ENTER) does NOT select that button. Instead the "Make Writeble" radio button has keyboard focus
