qdoc: Errant markup in generated brief descriptions

    Description

      Since the comment-file feature (and subsequent fixes), QDoc's internal markup is sometimes visible in the .html.

      cmake-command-reference.html:

       Creates <@op>.</@op>moc files from sources.
