setTickCount & setMinorTickCount API on any of the axes leaves artifacts

    Description

      When above two apis are used o any of the axis, it leaves the artifacts like dots, these dots are shown at the places where the grid lines (major/ minor) are supposed to be drawn, please find the image attached showing the dots. As well as example.
