webglplugin fails to build causing build failures in various other modules

    Description

      Some modules (e.g. qthttpserver) fails to in CI due to webglplugin failing to compile following a change in how we build tests.

      The issue in webglplugin is that it looks for a fwd-include header in qtbase which should be there, but comes up as not found.
